At Aladdin Schipperkes, our goal is to produce healthy, happy dogs with an emphasis on sound temperaments and correct conformation.

Our dogs are bred from Champion bloodlines and screened for genetic health problems, including the recently discovered genetic disease MPSIIIB.  Click here to find out more about MPSIIIB.

We strongly believe in early socialization and individual attention for each dog.  For this reason, breeding is limited, producing a maximum of one to two litters per year. Our socialization methods include familiarizing our dogs with children and livestock including horses, goats and fowl.

Our dogs are not solely confined to a kennel, however we feel that it is very important to provide a safe and secure environment when we cannot be available for their direct supervision.

When confined, all of our dogs have their own private climate controlled indoor/outdoor runs.  In this way, every dog is ensured their own spot to eat and sleep.

During the day, the dogs are free to run and play in groups, and are kept in a double gated enclosure.  They may also enjoy the "dog room" which houses a TV, a leather sofa and a recliner for their enjoyment.  Unfortunately, some of our resident cats have started to take over the dog room and have made themselves at home there!

Our dogs have been involved in various activities including conformation, obedience, agility, pet therapy and herding.

We offer boarding, training, and handling services as well as stud services for approved bitches.

We are located in the Texas Panhandle, a short drive from the Amarillo International Airport.

Feel free to stop by and visit the kennel if you're in the area!
